Veolia Transport is committed to identifying and removing barriers that make access to public transport difficult or impossible. Our aim is to ensure improved services are delivered to all passengers.

Veolia Transport's fleet contains 55-seat, low floor buses containing access ramps to facilitate easy access for wheelchairs, prams and people with mobility problems.

As well as removing physical barriers, Veolia Transport is also continually improving timetables and customer service to ensure public transport services are efficient and attractive options for all members of the community.
